Privacy Policy

In short: Our games do not require an account and we do not ask for personal information such as your name, email or phone number. Our games use Google AdMob only to show ads. AdMob may process certain device data, such as the advertising ID, to serve and measure ads.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all mobile games and apps ("Apps") published under the Epiles Studio Game & App brand on Google Play and the App Store.

The Apps are owned and operated by Meriç İnternet Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("we", "us"), which is the developer and seller of record on the App Store and the data controller responsible for the Apps.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect, store or transmit any personal data to our servers. Our Apps have no registration, login or account system.

Your game progress (unlocked levels, scores, settings) is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us and is removed from your device when you uninstall the App.

3. Advertising and third-party service: Google AdMob

Our Apps are free and supported by ads. Ads are served by Google LLC's AdMob service. To deliver ads, limit their frequency, prevent fraud and measure performance, AdMob may automatically collect:

  • Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA)
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it (country/city level)
  • Device model, operating system version, language and network information
  • Ad interactions (impressions, clicks) and diagnostic data about app usage

This data is processed directly by Google; we do not have personal access to it. For more information:

4. Consent and your ad choices

  • European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland: Google's consent form (UMP) is shown when the App is first opened. You can accept or decline personalized ads.
  • iOS: Your advertising identifier (IDFA) is accessed only with your App Tracking Transparency permission. You can change it at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Google > Ads).
  • You can manage your Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

5. Children's privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child's data has been processed, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. In-app purchases

Our Apps contain no in-app purchases and process no payment information.

7. Retention, deletion and security

Because we do not store personal data, there is no account or record to delete. You can remove game data from your device by uninstalling the App. Data collected by AdMob is subject to Google's retention policies. You can direct requests about ad data to Google, or write to us for guidance.

8. Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Contact us with any questions about these rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.
